Since 1958, the Aqua Aire has provided a welcoming retreat in the heart of Minocqua. With a deep love for the area and a commitment to exceptional service, we take pride in offering a haven where every guest is provided with comfort, cleanliness, and a home away from home.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To get the lowest rate, book direct through our site. This way you’ll avoid the 15% fee charged by 3rd party booking sites.

  • Yes! All of our rooms are dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats.

    • Pet Fee: $20 per night per dog

    • How to Book: Select your room and add the pet fee at checkout.

    • Check-in: 3:00 PM CST

    • Check-out: 11:00 AM CST

    Need a little extra time? We offer early check-in and late check-out when available for a small fee—just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

    • Winter Season (Nov 1 - Apr 30)

      • Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in (by 3:00 PM CST) → No charge

      • Cancel less than 24 hours before check-in → Charged for one night's stay + tax

    • Summer Season (May 1 - Oct 31)

      • Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in (by 3:00 PM CST) → No charge

      • Cancel less than 48 hours before check-in → Charged for one night's stay + tax

    Two Bedroom Suite

    • Off-Peak Season (Aug 18 - Jun 12)

      • Cancel at least 2 weeks before check-in → No charge

      • Cancel 1-2 weeks before check-in → Charged 50% of the total booking

      • Cancel less than 1 week before check-in → Charged 100% of the total booking

    • Peak Season (Jun 13 - Aug 17)

      • Cancel at least 30 days before check-in → No charge

      • Cancel 2-4 weeks before check-in → Charged 50% of the total booking

      • Cancel less than 2 weeks before check-in → Charged 100% of the total booking

    No-Shows: If you don’t arrive on your check-in date, it’s considered a same-day cancellation and will follow the same charges.

    Payment Terms: Your payment for the full reservation amount will be processed at the end of the free-cancellation window (24 or 48 hours pre-arrival).
